Whether your current vehicle is in desperate need of an upgrade or you’ve been on the hunt for a new vehicle for some time, Hyundai vehicles are always a good choice. In addition to unbeatable warranties, top-notch safety ratings, daring good looks, and budget-friendly prices, not to mention cutting-edge tech features, Hyundai's upcoming 2024 model lineup has some pretty exciting upgrades you’re guaranteed to love. Specifically, the 2024 Hyundai Kona and the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe have been redesigned for the new model year, while the 2024 Elantra, Santa Cruz, and Sonata each get their own refreshers. Let’s explore Hyundai's latest vehicle offerings and what’s new for 2024!

2024 Hyundai Kona & Kona Electric

The recently released 2024 Kona stands out as a more sophisticated player in the compact SUV category, particularly with its electric version boasting advanced safety features, convenient amenities, and an impressive estimated electric range of 418km, according to Hyundai's initial internal assessments. This new generation of Kona presents an extensive product lineup within the compact SUV market, providing a diverse selection of powertrain options. Buyers have the choice between electric and traditional combustion engines, with the availability of a sporty N Line variant as well. New features in the Kona Electric include 400V DC fast charging, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) Capability, i-PEDAL Driving Mode, Smart Regenerative System, and Active Grille Shutters.

2024 Hyundai Santa Fe

With an all-new ‘Open for More’ development concept centred around its new, wider liftgate opening and spacious interior, which now includes three rows of seating, the all-new 2024 Santa Fe is the must-have SUV of the season. Santa Fe’s wide liftgate seamlessly connects its interior with the outside environment and serves as a seamless transition between the interior and the outdoors, enhancing passengers' travel experience. Transforming from a mere storage area, this liftgate now offers a terrace-like feature, allowing occupants to comfortably immerse themselves in the surrounding outdoor environment from the vehicle's exterior. Santa Fe’s front view creates a bold impression with an elevated, level hood line, H-shaped headlamp signature and precision-detailed fenders. The new interior design also benefits from available convenience features, such as a new UV-C sterilization compartment and a dual, wireless charging system (15W) for smartphones As Hyundai’s very first-ever utility vehicle, the all-new Santa Fe continues to broaden the SUV landscape.

2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz

Winning the J.D. Power U.S. APEAL Award for the Second Year in a Row, the all-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz, while not completely redesigned, comes with a plethora of exciting new features as well. From the all-new Activity Package to a wider range of everyday technology applications, the highly anticipated 2024 Santa Cruz is set to introduce an even more daring addition to the Santa Cruz family. Additionally, expanding on the remarkable success of the Tucson XRT, Santa Fe XRT, and Palisade XRT models, Hyundai proudly introduces the Santa Cruz XRT trim. The Santa Cruz XRT is positioned just below the Limited trim level, offering a wealth of advanced features for an even more affordable price point for Saskatchewan drivers.

2024 Hyundai Sonata

The beloved Hyundai Sonata will once again be available as a standard internal combustion engine (ICE) model, sporty N Line variant, or hybrid electric (HEV) version, with a range of engine options. But for 2024, Sonata’s all-wheel drive system is front-wheel drive based with Hyundai TRACtion (HTRAC), which is a first for a Hyundai sedan. Staying true to its sporty exterior, the updated Sonata offers an interior designed around the driver, boasting modern technological features to accommodate contemporary lifestyles. The new 'floating' theme within the Sonata's interior creates a futuristic ambiance, complemented by ambient lighting. While the standard Sonata exudes a sporty appeal, the N Line model elevates this further with enhanced dynamic style. Notable features include a larger front bumper grille area, distinctive 19-inch wheels, and a rear spoiler that exudes confidence, while the dual twin-tip exhaust enhances the Sonata's inherent sporty character.
